Zazen Meditation

Zazen, or zen meditation, is practiced on Monday evenings and is open to all members. During Zazen training we chant in order to practice breath control, followed by one or two meditation periods during which we simply sit still and practice mindfulness. We do not attach any religious connotations or significance to our practice of Zazen.
